The harvested persimmon fruits are sorted and stored in refrigerated warehouses.

Fully ripe date fruits are selected for the drying process.

Selected fruits are peeled and sliced.

The date slices are placed in a drying oven for 18-24 hours.

All processes are carried out in 100% sterile factory conditions, with minimal human contact.

The dried slices are packaged and stored in refrigerated warehouses, ready for shipment.
